5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 days of order date (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other external factors.

Lost or stolen packages: Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.


6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Returns must be approved via email at dianitasjewelrybox@gmail.com before sending the item back.

Items must be in brand new condition with all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items: Final sale items, personalized jewelry, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and gift cards.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return.
