Returns & Eligibility
We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
You must first request return approval by emailing dianitasjewelrybox@gmail.com to receive a Return Number (RN) authorization.
Items must be in brand new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags included.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Final sale items (such as clearance or discounted products).
Custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved pieces).
Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
Gift cards and digital purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at dianitasjewelrybox@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been shipped, the customer must contact the shipping carrier for any delivery issues. We recommend selecting insured shipping options for added protection.
